Commercial photography, flash photography, professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted unless authorized by LCCR and performer's management. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length, telephoto or zoom lenses, interchangeable lenses, monopods or tripods, selfie sticks, and flash equipment of any kind. When you attend a Little Creek Casino Resort event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Little Creek Casino Resort or the person or entity designated to do so by LCCR. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the event, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstances so require.
